How do I deposit money into my wallet?
To fund your wallet, log into your dashboard and tap the “+ ADD FUND” button. We offer four secure methods:

Are there charges when I fund my wallet?
Yes, our banking network partners charge processing fees:
- Dedicated Account: A flat ₦50 bank fee applies per deposit.
- Card/USSD (Paystack): 1.5% + ₦50, strictly capped at a maximum of ₦3,000.
Pro Tip: If you want to avoid fees entirely, use the Corporate Bulk Transfer method for deposits of ₦50,000 and above. It is 100% free!
How does P2P (Peer-to-Peer) Transfer work?
You can send funds to any other FuturePay user instantly with zero fees.
Tap the P2P Transfer icon, enter their 11-digit phone number, and authorize with your PIN. If the recipient is not saved in your Address Book, our system will require a secure OTP confirmation to prevent fraud.

How do Design Tokens work?
Design Tokens are used to request professional graphics from our internal agency via the TFB Design Studio.

How do I retrieve my Electricity Token or Exam PIN?
Once your purchase is successful, the Token or PIN is displayed instantly on the Success Screen in a yellow dashed box.
If you miss it, simply go to your History tab, tap on the transaction, and view the receipt details. A copy is also sent to your verified email address automatically.

How does Global Connect work?
You can send Airtime and Data to over 54 countries (including USA, UK, Ghana, and UAE) directly from your Naira wallet.

I forgot my PIN. How do I recover my account?
On the login screen, enter your phone number and tap “Forgot your PIN?”.
We will send a 4-digit temporary PIN to your verified email address. Use it to log in, then immediately go to Security Center > Change PIN to set a new one.

How do I enable Fingerprint / FaceID Login?
Biometrics (WebAuthn) provides maximum security and faster logins without needing your PIN.
