Wallet & Funding
How do I deposit money into my wallet?
To fund your wallet, log into your dashboard and tap + ADD FUND. You can use dedicated bank account, Card/USSD, corporate bulk transfer, or Crypto/USDT where available.
Tip: Corporate Bulk Transfer is best for larger deposits where available.
Are there charges when I fund my wallet?
Yes. Banking partners may charge processing fees. Dedicated accounts may carry a small bank fee, and Card/USSD fees depend on the payment processor.
How does P2P Transfer work?
You can send funds to another FuturePay user with their phone number and authorize with your PIN. OTP may be required for extra safety.
Inventory & Sales
How do I add a product?
Open Inventory & Sales, go to Products, tap Add Product, enter product name, cost price, selling price, quantity, category, unit and image, then save.
What is the difference between cost price and selling price?
Cost price is how much the item cost you. Selling price is how much you sell it to the customer. FuturePay uses both to calculate profit.
Can I sell on credit?
Yes. Credit or partial payment sales should be linked to a registered customer so the debt can be tracked properly.
Can I share a receipt with a customer?
Yes. After a sale, open the receipt and use the share, print or PDF options. You can also share the receipt link where enabled.
How do I track supplier bills?
Use Purchases and Suppliers to create purchase orders, record received goods, and track unpaid supplier balances.
How do I know when stock is low?
FuturePay uses low-stock rules to show alerts when a product quantity falls below your set threshold.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Use Business Reports to download or email sales, stock, purchase, debtors and profit reports as PDFs or CSV where available.

Is the Receipt and Invoice generator really free?
Yes. Invoice Studio allows merchants to generate branded invoices, waybills, and receipts directly from the dashboard.

How do customer and debtor records work?
Customer records help you track purchases, phone numbers, debt balances and follow-up activity. Credit sales should always be linked to a real customer.
Restock Calculator
What does the Restock Calculator help me do?
It helps calculate landing cost, expenses, wholesale cost, selling price and expected profit before adding products to inventory.
Bulk SMS & Marketing
Can I message my customers?
Yes. Bulk SMS helps you send business messages, campaigns and reminders to customer contact lists where available.

How do I retrieve my Electricity Token or Exam PIN?
After purchase, the token or PIN is shown on the success screen. You can also check History and open the transaction receipt.
How does Global Connect work?
You can send Airtime and Data to supported countries directly from your wallet. FuturePay handles conversion and delivery.

How do Design Tokens work?
Design Tokens are used to request professional graphics from FuturePay Design Studio where your plan supports it.

I forgot my PIN. How do I recover my account?
On the login screen, enter your phone number and tap Forgot your PIN?. Follow the recovery steps and change your PIN in Security Center.
How do I enable Fingerprint / FaceID Login?
Open Security Center, enable Biometrics, verify with OTP, then follow your phone prompt to scan your fingerprint or face.
