This Privacy Policy explains how FuturePay collects, uses, encrypts, and protects your information when you use our website (getfuturepay.com), our SalesKit CRM, and our Web App (futurepay.africa). By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide you with secure financial, utility, and agency services, we collect the following types of information:

Personal & KYC Information: When you register, we collect your phone number as your Account ID. To unlock dedicated banking tiers (Wema/Sterling), we collect your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Government ID (BVN/NIN) to comply with Central Bank of Nigeria KYC/AML regulations.
Biometric & Device Data: If you enable WebAuthn for secure logins or payments, we generate and store cryptographic hardware keys. We do not collect or store your actual fingerprint or face scan; those remain securely encrypted on your physical device. We also collect hardware fingerprints (IP, browser type) to prevent unauthorized access.
Financial Data: We collect internal transaction histories, P2P transfer logs, and wallet balances. FuturePay does not store your ATM Card details. All card and Crypto (USDT) transactions are securely processed by our PCI-DSS compliant partners (Paystack, Flutterwave, and NowPayments).
SalesKit Business Data: Information you save in your Digital Office (Brand Name, Inventory Stock, Restock Math, and Customer Contact Lists for Bulk SMS) is stored securely to allow your CRM tools to function.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect strictly to operate, secure, and improve the FuturePay platform:

To process VTU transactions, global top-ups, crypto conversions, and wallet funding.
To generate and issue your dedicated virtual bank accounts via our banking partners.
To deliver automated receipts, OTPs, SMS broadcasts, and important security alerts.
To fulfill Graphic Design and Agency requests submitted through the TFB Design Studio.
To track Partner Academy referral milestones and accurately distribute 20% commission payouts to your wallet.

3. Information Sharing with Third Parties

We only share your information with trusted, regulated partners strictly necessary to execute your requests:

Payment Gateways: Paystack, Monnify, Flutterwave, and NowPayments, to process your deposits and create your dedicated accounts.
Telecom & Utility APIs: VTPass, Peyflex, and Termii to securely transmit the phone numbers or meter numbers you wish to recharge or text.
Legal Authorities: We will disclose information if strictly required by a valid subpoena or court order to investigate fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.

4. Data Encryption & Security

We implement bank-grade security measures to protect your data. Your wallet PIN is cryptographically hashed. Our servers utilize SSL/TLS end-to-end encryption to ensure all data transmitted between your device and our platform is impenetrable. Automated systems actively monitor for DDoS attacks and brute-force login attempts.

5. Cookies, Local Storage & Tracking

We use essential cookies and HTML5 Local Storage to keep you logged into your FuturePay dashboard securely and to remember your local preferences (like your UI language, hidden balance states, and recent VTU packages). We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request a summary of the data we hold about you. You may also request the deletion of your account and personal data from your dashboard. Please note that for regulatory, tax, and anti-fraud purposes, certain financial transaction ledgers must be retained for a legally mandated period (typically 5 years) even after account deletion.
