Terms of Service

Welcome to FuturePay. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“User”, “Merchant”, “you”) and The Future Brand Innovations Ltd. (“FuturePay”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the FuturePay Web App, SalesKit CRM, and the getfuturepay.com ecosystem.
By registering for an account or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Account Registration, KYC & Security
To use FuturePay, you must register using a valid 11-digit Nigerian phone number. This number serves as your unique, immutable Account ID.
- Security PIN & Biometrics: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4-digit transaction PIN and any linked Biometric data (FaceID/Fingerprint). FuturePay will never ask you for your PIN. Any transaction, P2P transfer, or subscription authorized using your PIN/Biometrics is deemed authorized by you.
- KYC Verification (Tiers): Access to dedicated banking infrastructure requires identity verification. Tier 1 (Basic) is restricted to ₦50,000 daily limits. Tier 2 requires a verified email to unlock Wema Bank accounts. Tier 3 (VIP) requires BVN/NIN verification to unlock Sterling/Moniepoint accounts and ₦2,000,000 daily limits. We reserve the right to downgrade or freeze accounts that fail compliance checks.
2. Wallets, Funding, & Crypto Gateways
FuturePay provides users with a digital wallet to purchase services, transfer funds, and manage business operations.
- Processing Fees: Automated deposits via Card or USSD attract a network processing fee of 1.5% + ₦50, strictly capped at a maximum of ₦3,000. Dedicated account transfers (Wema/Sterling) attract a flat ₦50 fee.
- Cross-Border & Crypto Payments: Users outside Nigeria may fund wallets or pay for subscriptions using Flutterwave Mobile Money or NowPayments Crypto (USDT TRC20/ERC20). Due to blockchain volatility, Crypto payments are non-refundable.
- Corporate Transfers: Manual transfers of ₦50,000 and above made directly to our Corporate Account attract zero fees and require 30-60 minutes for administrative verification.
- Peer-to-Peer (P2P): Internal transfers between FuturePay users are instant and free. P2P transfers to unverified/untrusted contacts will require OTP confirmation.
3. VTU & Bill Payment Services
FuturePay facilitates the vending of Airtime, Data, Electricity Tokens, Cable TV subscriptions, and Education E-Pins (WAEC/JAMB) via third-party telecommunication providers.
While we strive for 100% uptime, the actual delivery of VTU services is dependent on the respective network providers. FuturePay is not liable for delays caused by network downtime. Airtime purchases are 100% free of transaction fees across the platform.
4. SalesKit, Subscriptions & Design Studio
FuturePay operates as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform offering the SalesKit Digital Office. Users can upgrade their workspaces through monthly or yearly subscriptions.
- Subscription Tiers: We offer Basic (Free), Essential, Premium, and Premium+ tiers. Upgrades are billed immediately. Strictly no refunds are provided for cancellations or plan downgrades. When you cancel auto-renew, you retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
- SalesKit CRM: Tools such as the Invoice Studio, Digital Stock Book, Content Calendar, and Restock Calculator are provided “as is.” FuturePay is not liable for mathematical errors inputted by the merchant or data lost due to user error.
- TFB Design Studio Tokens: Subscribed users receive monthly Design Tokens (2 for Essential, 4 for Premium, 8 for Premium+). Design requests are strictly limited to Digital Social Media E-Flyers (1080x1080px). Unused tokens expire at the end of your billing cycle and do not roll over. Designs include strictly one (1) minor revision per flyer.
- Bulk SMS Marketing: Merchants must comply with telecom DND (Do Not Disturb) policies. FuturePay is not liable for undelivered SMS messages caused by strict DND networks or improper formatting.
5. Growth Partner (Referral) Program
FuturePay allows users to earn lifetime passive income by referring new businesses to the platform.
- Commissions: Referrers earn exactly 20% of the platform’s profit on every eligible VTU transaction made by their downline. Airtime top-ups do not generate profit and are therefore excluded from commissions.
- Withdrawals: Commission earnings can be withdrawn to a permanently locked bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦5,000, and a flat ₦50 bank transfer fee applies to all payouts.
- FuturePay reserves the right to withhold referral payouts, freeze accounts, and ban users who attempt to game, spam, or fraudulently manipulate the referral system.
6. Account Freezing & Termination
We reserve the right to instantly freeze or terminate your account without prior notice if we suspect:
- Fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or ledger manipulation.
- Money laundering activities or identity theft.
- Use of the platform or Invoice Studio to facilitate the sale of illegal, illicit, or prohibited goods.
- Abuse, threats, or harassment directed at our support staff or agency designers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Future Brand Innovations Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, inventory, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform, third-party network failures, blockchain delays, or unauthorized access to your account.
